From 24–26 September 2025, the global brain health community will gather in New York City for the Brain Days at the Science Summit of the 80th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA80).
Hosted at Cure., this year’s edition will bring together leaders in science, policy, economics and innovation to accelerate the integration of brain health and brain capital into the global sustainable development agenda.
The programme spans a broad array of themes, from international research collaboration and funding to brain health equity, youth mental health, innovation ecosystems and the role of brain capital in driving resilience and competitiveness. Together, these sessions will converge towards tangible action points to elevate brain health as a global development priority.
With dozens of speakers from across the world – including representatives from leading research institutions, global health organisations, the private sector and UN agencies – the 2025 Brain Days mark a strategic inflection point for the field. The insights gathered will feed into the forthcoming Global Brain Health Action Plan and link directly to key political milestones such as the G20 health track, Davos 2026 and the launch of the European Partnership for Brain Health in 2026.
