On October 20, 2025, the third annual Concussion Awareness Day will take place—a day dedicated to education, prevention, treatment, and science surrounding traumatic brain injury (TBI). To mark the occasion, the German Brain Council invite you to a thematic conference on October 24–25, 2025, held in Munich in a hybrid format. The focus will be on key medical and psychosocial perspectives on traumatic brain injury across all stages of life. On October 24, the program will take a practical approach, aimed at everyone who encounters this topic in their daily work, practice, or leisure. This day is specifically designed for both medical and non-medical audiences. On October 25, the spotlight will shift to science and research, inviting an exchange between professionals and interested participants. For the first time, there will be an opportunity to submit your scientific work in the form of abstracts (the submission deadline has been extended to August 15, 2025). Whether innovative studies or practice-based findings—your contributions enrich the discourse and open up new perspectives.
