DESCRIPTION:The International Newborn Brain Conference (INBBC)  provides a state-of-the-art forum for presentation and discussion of current research and clinical practice in newborn brain care\, including diagnosis\, monitoring and management strategies to optimize neurodevelopmental outcome.
