DESCRIPTION:As part of the #Move4YrBrain Campaign\, members of the EBC team will also take part in the 20KM of Brussels on May 31st\, 2026\, a sport event dedicated to handisport\, runners and walkers. \nOptimising brain health can not only reduce the prevalence and burden of brain conditions\, it can also improve mental and physical health overall and create positive social and economic impact\, all of which contribute to greater well-being and help advance society\, irrespective of the presence. Share your runs\, walks\, or jogs with us using #Move4YrBrain or by joining our Strava group.
